By Pierre de Marivaux 2:35 p.m. on October 21 at Gwinnett Arena In this 18th century french comedy, Marivaux's fabulous Harlequin pursues his country love Silvia to the palace, where the lovelorn Prince holds her against her will. Flaminia, an intriguer at court, attempts to reroute the affections of both Silvia and Harlequin, whose take no prisoners belligerence is softened and transformed. None expect such huge and costly changes of heart and, at the end of a hilarious day full of wonderment, they and others at court are wounded and ennobled by love. View the cast list. By Alan Menken and Howard Ashman Seymour, an orphan and a nerd, is taken in and given a job by Mr. Mushnik, the owner of a rundown florist in the seedy part of town. Seymour spends his time doing menial tasks and dreaming of the shop assistant, Audrey. One day, Seymour discovers a strange plant. He buys it and names it Audrey II. While caring for Audrey II, Seymour discovers the plant's rather unique appetite. The plant grows and grows, as does Seymour's infatuation for Audrey. But who will get her first? FEED ME! The existence they lead is a quiet and delightful one, despite the fact that Wilhelm Van Beers is an over-reactive Doomsday Prepper.
